2. Service Description

Teams Pro is a file sharing and team collaboration platform that allows users to create teams, manage roles, and share files securely.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited features with no team creation
• Premium Plan: ₹250 (manual) / ₹290 (online) - 1 team, unlimited roles
• Diamond Plan: ₹500 (manual) / ₹590 (online) - unlimited teams and roles

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay or manual bank transfer. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.

6. Refund Policy

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us the right to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Uploading malicious software or viruses
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Spamming or unauthorized marketing

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

11. Limitation of Liability

Teams Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
