Important Notice

No Refund Policy: Once you make a payment for any subscription plan, there is no way you will get a refund. Refunds are only possible if you did not receive the service you paid for.

1. General Refund Policy

Teams Pro operates under a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All payments are non-refundable
  • No partial refunds will be provided
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance and non-refundable

2. Service Delivery Guarantee

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical failure preventing service activation after payment
  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
  • Service not delivered within 24 hours of successful payment

3. Subscription Plans

Premium Plan (₹250 manual / ₹290 online)

  • 30-day subscription period
  • No refund after activation
  • Service begins immediately upon payment confirmation

Diamond Plan (₹500 manual / ₹590 online)

  • 30-day subscription period
  • No refund after activation
  • Service begins immediately upon payment confirmation

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but:

  • No refund will be provided for the remaining period
  • Service will continue until the end of the paid period
  • Access will be revoked after subscription expires
  • You can reactivate by purchasing a new subscription

5. Payment Processing

Manual Payments

  • Bank transfer payments are final and non-refundable
  • Service activated after admin verification
  • Processing time: 2-24 hours

Online Payments (Razorpay)

  • Credit/debit card payments are final and non-refundable
  • Service activated automatically upon successful payment
  • Processing time: Immediate

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where a refund may be considered:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of payment
  • Provide proof that service was not delivered
  • Refund processing may take 7-14 business days
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method

7. Dispute Resolution

For payment disputes:

  1. Contact our support team first
  2. Provide transaction details and proof of payment
  3. Allow 48 hours for investigation
  4. Escalate to payment processor if unresolved

8. Service Interruptions

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Scheduled maintenance downtime
  • Minor service interruptions (less than 24 hours)
  • User-caused issues or violations
  • Third-party service dependencies
